It’s Election Day

It has finally arrived. I know that there is a lot of dissatisfaction through the shenanigans in Westminster, but this is Harleston and not London. These are local elections and not national elections.

These are issues such as the impact of new housing that is coming soon, our local infrastructure, and community facilities. About parking and signage, supporting our businesses and the vulnerable, waste collection and recycling. Supporting and expanding our nature recovery and tourism initiatives. All the time continuing to keep council taxes low. I will work with residents, local groups and businesses. I will listen and represent everyone.

I live in Harleston and understand peoples’ concerns, they are also my concerns.
